NJSA offers a range of education and certification programs to help staffing professionals expand their expertise and improve their company's business. In conjunction with ASA and NAPS, NJSA offers seminars and conferences that can be used toward the credits necessary for CSP and CTC certifications.



NJSA Annual Conference

  • A one day conference for staffing employees and managers concentrating on sales and recruitment training. Held every Fall.

NJSA Executive Leadership Conference

  • A one and half day conference for owners and managers of staffing firms concentrating on business, operational, financial, and legislative issues.  Held annually in the Spring.

NJSA Law Day

  • A one day conference for staffing firm owners and back-office staff that covers legal and operational issues that pertain to the staffing industry.

Webinars

  • Online seminars covering topics that appeal to owners or staffing employees.

Business Issues/Expert Forums

  • Seminars utilizing the expertise of NJSA’s industry partners on key business issues
