NJSA Privacy Policy

The New Jersey Staffing Alliance (“NJSA”, "us", "we", or "our") operates and maintains www.njsa.com (the "Site").  This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of certain information, including personally-identifiable information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address (“Personal Information”) that we receive from users of the Site. 

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personal Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, you will notice that some parts are informational and available to all users of the Site.  For other parts of the Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information.  This Personal information may then be used for various purposes, such as operating and improving the Site, advertising and marketing our services, providing future information, and contacting you.

We also reserve the right to access and disclose Personal Information as may be necessary or appropriate to help comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, governmental requests, or legal proceedings, as well as to help protect and defend against unauthorized use or misuse of the Site, any other potential liability, and the rights of NJSA, users of the Site, or third parties.

NJSA also reserves the right to access and disclose aggregated demographic data – which will not identify a particular user through their Personal Information or otherwise - to third parties for various purposes, such as operating and improving the Site, advertising and marketing, and other business purposes.  In addition, we reserve the right to access and disclose survey information obtained through the Site with third parties for various business purposes.

Like many Site operators, we collect, monitor, and analyze generic information that your browser or server log automatically sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").  We may also utilize third-party services to help do so.  Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. This information allows us to administer the Site, track user movements, analyze trends, and gather aggregated demographic data.

It is important for parents to monitor the Internet use of their children.  The Site is not intended for the use of children.  It is intended for users of an appropriate age, including to be able to provide Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 18, 2017 and will remain in effect, except with respect to any future changes which will become effective immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically for any such changes.  Your continued use of the Site after we post any changes to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the changes and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either by placing a prominent notice on our Site or through the email address you have provided to us.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be enforced, construed, interpreted, and governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without reference to its conflict of law rules.  In the event that any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then said provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that best reflects the intent of the original provision, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy will not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and will remain in full force and effect.  By using the Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Morris County, for purposes of the enforcement, construction, and interpretation of this Privacy Policy.
