Founded in 1960, the mission of the New Jersey Staffing Alliance is to be the advocate for the success and growth of NJSA members and the New Jersey staffing industry through leadership in legislation, education, ethics and professional business practices. All members subscribe to both a Code of Ethics and Standards of Ethical Practices as a condition of membership.

We are focused on enhancing the business climate in the State of New Jersey and continuing to provide opportunities for New Jersey citizens to achieve their personal and financial goals. Members of the New Jersey Staffing Alliance invest time and money in helping to train workers to meet New Jersey businesses’ needs and to improve these workers’ skills for the future. Temporary employees are covered by staffing firms for workers compensation, unemployment insurance, temporary disability and other business insurance needs. Staffing companies assist the New Jersey Department of Labor and One Stop Career Centers throughout the state to ensure prospective employees get the workforce skills training they need.

Staffing firms also work with New Jersey employers to bring highly skilled and qualified candidates to them for long-term placement. New Jersey prides itself on having a top quality workforce for all its employment needs and members of the NJSA are committed to working with State Legislators to ensure both the jobs and the workforce are here for the future.
