The conference will be held on April 29 - 30, 2026 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. This year’s event is a one-and-a-half-day conference focusing on issues important to owners and managers of staffing firms. The conference features two cocktail receptions and one full day of valuable education for staffing firms.

Kick off the Executive Leadership Conference at our opening cocktail reception at the Hard Rock Café Backstage. Attendees will enjoy live music by All In, featuring NJSA Member, Mike Gallo.
