The New Jersey Staffing Alliance (NJSA) will be hosting a series of informational town hall sessions focused on the Temporary Workers’ Bill of Rights (TWBR). These sessions are designed to provide comprehensive guidance on the bill's provisions, with a detailed review of each section and an interpretation of how staffing companies can comply with the final regulations, released on September 16, 2024.

The Town Hall will be led by Marc Freedman, NJSA General Counsel, and Jack Wellman, NJSA's Legislative Committee Support Consultant.
