Ron Miller is President and CEO of Elevate Talent Solutions Consulting and Coaching. With over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, Ron has led multi-state regional Sales and Delivery teams and overseen national talent acquisition for large organizations for the past two decades. Ron's journey began as a front desk recruiting coordinator, and he has held every role within an organization, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of how operations, sales, training, tech rollouts, advancement, and organizational change impact every level.

Ron's mission is to assist businesses in streamlining operations, enhancing talent acquisition strategies, outsourcing operational projects, and offering progressive training for talent acquisition. He also helps SMBs launch and drive growth. He is passionate about improving candidate experiences, fostering effective communication, and delivering insights that are both practical and forward-thinking.

Rory Sakin is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in staffing and recruiting executive leadership, complemented by a hands-on sales career in both staffing, recruiting, and information services. As the Regional Director at ZING Recruiting , he has successfully led initiatives that merge sales strategies with talent acquisition, driving innovation and exceptional results. Known for building high-performing teams and developing strategic partnerships, Rory is passionate about the synergy between sales and recruiting, regularly sharing insights at industry events. Outside of work, he enjoys his family, sports and travel, which keep him balanced and motivated.

Daniella Adinolfi is the Director of MSP Partnerships at Equiliem, where she has dedicated 13 of her 16 years in the industry. Daniella takes pride in her exceptional relationship-building skills, and has played a pivotal role in growing the business, managing a substantial portfolio worth approximately $70 million annually. Her deep expertise and commitment have been instrumental in driving success and fostering long-lasting client partnerships.

Amanda Knuth is a Senior Staffing Coordinator for System One Commercial.  Amanda has been with System One for just over ten years. In her role, she specializes in matching talent to opportunities by working closely with clients and candidates. Amanda greatly enjoys the account management aspect of her position and she performs cold outreach to develop new client relationships and drive business development to expand our client base.
