All NJSA Members are invited to attend our virtual NJSA Legislative Town Hall on Tuesday, October 17th at 12pm.

The purpose of this meeting is to review NJSA’s comments submitted to the NJDOLWD and provide guidance on how members can submit their own comments. All members are encouraged to review NJSA’s comments  (comment link is available to NJSA members only) and proposed regulations prior to the meeting.

The Town Hall will be led by Marc Freedman, NJSA General Counsel, and Jack Wellman, NJSA's Legislative Committee Support Consultant.
