All NJSA Members are invited to attend our virtual NJSA Legislative Committee Meeting on Tuesday, February 28 at 1:00 p.m.

NJSA's General Counsel, Marc Freedman, will give a brief overview of the NJ S-511/A-1474 which regulates the temporary staffing industry in NJ. Topics will include impact on client relationships, new wage requirements, notices, certification of temporary help service firms, conversion fees, providing travel restrictions, and reporting requirements. There will be a Q&A session.
