"How Personal Branding & Marketing Systems Are Changing The Game For Recruiters"
Presented by Donnie Gupton

The traditional desk model is proven and works but it is not enough to survive in this rapidly changing market. It's time for recruiters to be looking at alternative methods to the traditional business development & sourcing strategies. This session will show recruiters how personal branding & marketing systems can increase their revenue & lead to a more profitable business.

Donnie Gupton is the Creator of The Relevant Recruiter Method and Relevant Recruiter App. He coaches recruiting companies to help them grow their business using The Relevant Recruiter Method. This methodology gives recruiters the ability to dominate their market, generate a steady flow of inbound calls with their ideal prospects and be the most top-of-mind choice when their needs arise. Donnie has helped countless recruiters stop cold calling, chasing clients, wasting money on marketing that doesn’t work, and focus their efforts on what they do best….recruit!

"Mastering Full-Cycle Recruiting - Avoid the Pitfalls"
Presented by Nick Malefyt

Full-Cycle recruiters must do it all – Marketing, Business Development, Taking Job Orders, Sourcing, Recruiting, Interviewing, Qualifying Candidates, Debriefing Candidates and Clients, Extending Offers, Administrative Processes, Following Up and more. With all these responsibilities, things can often slip through the cracks (even for the best recruiters). This session will help you “Master” Full Cycle Recruiting by recognizing, and therefore avoiding, the common “Pitfalls” that can occur along the way.

Nick Malefyt is the President of Master Search Solutions, a New Jersey based direct hire recruitment firm.  He has over 28 years of direct hire recruitment and contract staffing experience. Nick successfully rose through the ranks of being a Direct Hire Recruiter, Team Leader of a 13-recruiter direct hire division, and Managing Director. He has trained highly successful hands-on direct hire “producers”, recruitment managers, as well as recruitment firm owners. Nick is a past VP of the NJSA, holding a Co-Chair role in the Programs and Education Committee and he also Chaired the Membership Committee.
