This program will address existing requirements, recent developments, and best practices with respect to mandatory coronavirus vaccinations in the workplace and their impact on both a staffing firm’s internal staff employees and temporary employees on assignment at a client based on related federal and New Jersey regulations and legal guidance, as well as provide staffing firms with recommendations to help navigate these important and seemingly ever-evolving issues.
