The new administration is promising big changes over the next four years. This webinar will cover both passed and proposed legislation that will impact the Staffing Industry, and provide a review of the Administration’s stated policy goals and potential future legislation. It will also be an update on the second round of Paycheck Protection Program loans and Employee Retention Credits, as well as the trends on how these loans are being used.

Tom Sena – With over ten years of mixed entrepreneurial and accounting experience, Tom provides tax planning, tax compliance and business advisory services to a variety of privately held clients with a focus in staffing, technology and professional services industries. He guides companies through tax planning and compliance strategies and advises on strategic planning, operational improvements, financial projections and accounting department implementation.
Michael Zmorod– Michael holds more than 15 years of diversified accounting experience in taxation and oversees the compliance of complex federal, state and local tax returns for C-corporations, S-corporations, and investment and operating partnerships. His experience includes cross-sections with other accounting areas, including the ASC 740 provision and tax restructuring for M&A deals.
