We invite you to to a cocktail reception to kick off 2019 with NJSA! Attendees will meet with 2019 Co-Presidents Wendy Tordilio (System one) and Michael Menzer (Rotator Staffing), as well as the current board to learn what’s new in 2019 and how to maximize your NJSA membership.
Members from national and regional staffing firms will be on hand to tell you why they joined the New Jersey Staffing Alliance, and our valuable Industry Partners will showcase their services to assist in your company’s growth and success.
NJSA's lobbyist, Patrick Stewart from Public Strategies Impact, will also provide a brief update on the legislative and legal issues staffing firms need to know to operate successfully in New Jersey.
We will also honor two of our special member volunteers – Elaine Balady, Principal & Managing Partner of The Assurance Group and Kathy Warren, President of Bryant Staffing.
CLOTHING DRIVE: Attendees are encouraged to bring women's clothing donations to benefit Dress for Success. What would you wear to a job interview? That is exactly the type of clothing Dress for Success is looking for to distribute to their clients. Your fabulous suits and other professional apparel could furnish another woman with the confidence to enter or return to the workplace, make a great first impression and land a job that could change her life. Many of their clients go directly to an interview, so please ensure that all items donated are freshly dry-cleaned / laundered and ironed, not more than 5 years old, and suitable for wearing to job interviews. All clothing must be in season (Fall and Winter), clean and in good condition. Please note we have a 20 item maximum per person and we cannot accept casual or men’s clothing. Although Dress for Success accepts all sizes, they particularly appreciate donations of plus size professional attire or gift cards to plus size clothing stores. Clothing must be on hangers or folded neatly in a box.
