 The New Jersey Staffing Alliance is proud to announce the new NJSA Jobs, a FREE job aggregator and resource available to assist job seekers with partnering with NJSA member staffing firms.
JOB SEEKERS
Job seekers can now view and apply online to open temporary and direct hire jobs from NJSA member staffing firms. Candidate applications are submitted online directly to the NJSA staffing firm and candidates can follow up directly with the firm.
NJSA MEMBER FIRMS
As a member benefit, your staffing firm can also post open job positions online in real-time on the NJSA aggregate blog and job engine. These jobs become freely available to job seekers who visit the NJSA blog and job aggregator site.
Through the NJSA Jobs program, member firms can also partner with other member firms to perform direct hire splits on open job orders.
